GCyber is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to support a DoD customer with the design, modernization, and governance of mission-critical IT architectures. The role will lead architecture assessment, digital engineering integration, ICAM strategy execution, and development of architecture governance frameworks to ensure secure, interoperable, and forward-looking systems. The successful candidate will shape the future-state architecture, standardize digital engineering tools and methods, and support the integration of AI/ML, cloud, and cross-domain solutions across multiple enclaves and mission domains. As the Senior Enterprise Architect, you will: Assess current architecture to identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues; develop future-state architecture and transition roadmaps. Establish architecture governance frameworks, including roles, standards, review boards, and change control processes. Standardize digital engineering tools and MBSE practices (e.g., SysML, digital twins/threads); deliver related training and architecture artifacts (OV, SV, CV). Design and implement ICAM architectures supporting CAC, MFA, ABAC/RBAC, and secure cross-domain access across DoD networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS). Guide integration of AI/ML, cloud, and emerging technologies; develop ICDs, rollout plans, and enterprise implementation strategies. Define and manage secure data-sharing protocols, interoperability requirements, and collaboration environments across DoD and IC stakeholders. Support RMF compliance by developing and maintaining architecture documentation for ATO packages, including security and network views. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Active TS/SCI Clearance DoD 8570 IAT II certification Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience). 12+ years in enterprise architecture or digital engineering roles supporting DoD IT systems. Strong experience with MBSE, DoDAF architecture products, and ICAM integration. Working knowledge of DoD IT policy, cybersecurity requirements, and cross-domain architecture.
