The Opportunity: - Join as one of the early Account Executive hires at a rapidly expanding startup, contributing to the development of outbound strategies and a comprehensive sales playbook.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, focusing on enterprise accounts with six-figure ACV and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless transitions, robust product adoption, and sustainable customer growth.
The Skills/Requirements Needed to Succeed: - Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on engaging technical buyers such as engineers and DevOps leaders.
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing enterprise deals exceeding $100k ACV.
- A consistent record of achieving or exceeding a $1M+ sales quota.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps environments; experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
