Job Details

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney with over 5 years of litigation experience to join our employment law team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution. You will be defending private and public employers in high stakes litigation involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other complex employment matters.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar.

Employment Litigation Attorney:

• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
• School district defense experience is a plus
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with public entity defense is a plus
• Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive

Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney: Experience the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
