Immediate need: Senior Embedded Systems Engineer (Hardware/Firmware)
Atlanta, Ga. Contract to hire after 3 months. Must live in Atlanta. No third parties Must be a US Citizen or GC holder
Our client is looking for a senior-level embedded systems engineer. You'll work directly with the CTO as they build next-generation loT devices that help government agencies optimize their road networks and transform infrastructure management.
What You'll Do: Design and develop PCBs for ruggedized roadway monitoring devices Write firmware in C/C /Rust for Raspberry Pi systems
Integrate sensors (Accelerometers, Radar, GPS wireless connectivity
Debug complex hardware/firmware interaction Lead technical decisions on product architecture Take devices from prototype to production
What Need: " 5-10 years embedded systems experience
Strong PCB design skills (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle) R Proficiency .S C/C for embedded Linux
Experience with sensor integration and loT devices 9 Hardware debugging expertise (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
Knowledge of communication protocols (2C, SP , UART)
5 AWS loT and cloud connectivity experience preferred
The Role: Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid environment must be local or willing to relocate)
