Job Title: Commercial Lead Electrician/Foreman
Location: Nashville, TN, or nearby areas
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Lead or Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate has several years of proven experience as a foreman or lead man on commercial electrical projects and demonstrates excellent leadership and organizational skills. This role requires hands-on involvement, combining technical expertise with the ability to manage medium to large-scale projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead commercial electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Actively work on-site alongside the team
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and the National Electrical Code.
- Manage and coordinate electrical work for medium to large commercial projects while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members (1-3) to foster professional growth and enhance teamwork.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong communication and ensure satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site efficiently.
- Occasionally assist with residential electrical projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Electrician experience. 2-3 years of Project Lead or Foreman Experience
- Education Background: knowledge of national electrical code
