Job Title: Senior Electrical Estimator
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Permanent Only)

Position Overview: They are looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator with the ability to manage complex tenders independently, lead the estimation process, and collaborate closely with project and commercial teams to ensure competitive, accurate bids.
Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for preparing electrical tenders valued from £3m to £25m
Detailed review and interpretation of electrical designs, specifications, and client requirements
Accurate take-offs and cost breakdowns for lighting, power, containment, fire alarms, and data systems
Management of supplier/subcontractor pricing and negotiations
Develop and propose value engineering alternatives
Attend tender meetings and presentations as required
Collaborate with internal departments for bid handovers and planning
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services industry
In-depth technical understanding of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
Experience with design & build and high-value projects
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tenders independently
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
Contract Type & Benefits: Permanent position only
Salary up to £75,000, based on ability and experience
8am-5pm working hours, Monday to Friday
Office-based role (no hybrid working)
Pension (3% employer contribution after 3 months)
