Senior Electrical Engineer
We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer in San Francisco.
Join a full service MEP engineering firm specializing in designing sustainable & high-performance MEP systems across diverse market sectors including aviation and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical power distribution systems for high-performance buildings
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver integrated, code-compliant electrical designs
- Produce detailed construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensure designs meet all applicable local and state codes, including California Title 24, Part 6
- Support projects through all phases, including permitting, bidding, and construction administration
- Work on DSA and HCAI projects, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering across various local building systems
- Excellent communication, organization and project coordination skills
- Competency in software including Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Title-24 Part 6 California Energy Conversation Code
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations
- P.E License (required)
- LEED Accreditation (preffered)
