Job Details

Day to day

• Evaluate and design electrical power systems, including medium and low voltage.
• Develop single-line diagrams (SLD), cable schedules, equipment layouts, and perform electrical calculations (voltage drop, grounding, conduit sizing, etc.).
• Conduct power system studies (arc flash, grounding, lightning protection) using E-Tap, EasyPower, SKM software.
• Design protective relaying schemes and generate relay settings for optimal protection.
• Work with clients to assess power requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.
• Provide on-site and remote technical guidance during construction.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in electrical design.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, National Electric Code (NFPA-70), and power system modeling.
• Experience in process control automation and solar power design is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
