Senior Electrical Engineer - Data Center Projects

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and execute electrical engineering and design for high-tech facilities, including new data centers, facility expansions, and system upgrades. The role involves collaborating with clients and team members to develop engineering solutions for mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering and design of high-tech facilities, including new data centers, facility expansions, and system upgrades.
- Design power systems for complex electrical setups, including UPS and generator support systems.
- Expertise in power distribution, grounding, standby power, uninterruptible power, and related systems.
- Develop electrical one-lines, specifications, calculations, studies, and software-based systems analysis.
- Understand building systems and inter-discipline coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and delegate design work to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer registration.
- Strong understanding of the mission-critical industry and renovation/greenfield construction projects.
- Experience in designing medium voltage, power monitoring, lighting, and lighting control systems is a plus.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Ability to pass background checks, security screenings, or drug testing as required by clients or Federal contracts.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
