Someone with a strong drive who's drawn to creative problem-solving and the challenges of designing prototypes and improving existing products. What will you be doing?

  • Design and develop electrical prototypes and production units, with a focus on FPGA and digital design
  • Conceive, research, and implement engineering design changes
  • Perform design qualification and prepare technical test reports
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Comply with engineering processes, safety standards, and legal regulations

What skills/experience do you need?

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Experience with FPGA and/or ASIC designs and tools
  • Proficiency in VHDL
  • PCB Design, digital or analog
  • Schematic capture and layout experience
  • Xilinx-based tools preferred but not required
  • Strong hardware debugging and testing skills with diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

What will make your résumé stand out?

  • Experience with OrCAD/Allegro or similar schematic capture and PCB routing software
  • Familiarity with DO-160G qualification
  • Experience with software design/generation (Assembly, C, etc.)
  • Experience with microprocessor, DSP, and Ethernet designs

Location: Dallas, TX, 100% onsite


Salary: 110k - 150k + Bonus and 401k (4% match)


Relocation: Will assist
