The Senior Director of Finance will oversee financial reporting, budget management, banking relationships, and general ledger activity while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial operations and supporting the organization's long-term goals.

• Lead the annual budget process, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with company objectives.

• Oversee financial reporting and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.

• Manage banking relationships, ensuring optimal financial strategies and cash flow management.

• Supervise accounts payable, billing, and collections processes to maintain financial health.

• Directly oversee a team of three accounting professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.

• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting practices to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Manage the year-end audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).

• 5+ years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or accounting leadership role.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive financial efficiency within an organization.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and AS400 is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
