My client is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to join their manufacturing organization. In this role you will manage teams of engineers throughout the US, overseeing the development and manufacturing of advanced products.

Description

The Senior Director of Engineering will have the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the engineering teams across multiple locations. Directly managing 5 engineering leaders.
  • Developing strategies for new product development and existing product enhancement
  • Managing cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Establishing and monitor department budget and resources
  • Working on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
  • Overseeing functions from advanced product design, sustaining existing product lines, and advanced R&D.
