The Senior Director of Engineering will have the following responsibilities:
- Leading the engineering teams across multiple locations. Directly managing 5 engineering leaders.
- Developing strategies for new product development and existing product enhancement
- Managing cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
- Establishing and monitor department budget and resources
- Working on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
- Overseeing functions from advanced product design, sustaining existing product lines, and advanced R&D.
