Job Description:
LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Customer Relations to lead our team focused on renewal sales, account retention, and customer issue resolution. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in renewals, and expertise in CRM process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to renewal sales, account retention, and resolving customer issues.
- Drive process efficiencies and improvements in CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and optimize revenue retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage both high-level strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations to achieve business goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
