  • Oversee the financial planning of technology platforms, ensuring efficiency in capital and operational expenditures.
  • Lead workforce strategy by optimizing offshore and partner delivery models to meet global development needs efficiently.
  • Govern external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet defined performance metrics, standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, geographically distributed engineering organization through mentoring, development programs, and succession planning.
  • Serve as an innovation leader, guiding the integration of AI, automation, and forward-looking technologies into the enterprise application ecosystem.

Strategic and Operational Scope

  • Set and refine the vision for enterprise software engineering, emphasizing reliability, intelligent automation, and continuous observability.
  • Guide large-scale ERP evolution efforts by identifying outdated systems, developing phased migration roadmaps, and implementing modern replacements.
  • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade platforms, including:
  • Human Capital Management tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, recruiting and workforce platforms)
  • Financial systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday)
  • Middleware solutions for integration (e.g., Kafka, MuleSoft, Apigee)
  • Automation and AI platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Blue Prism, proprietary AI frameworks)
  • Introduce AI-assisted development methodologies including predictive analytics, smart monitoring, and adaptive user experiences.
  • Establish engineering excellence standards across code quality, test automation, system documentation, and deployment workflows.
  • Manage architectural governance, data modeling, integration protocols, and cybersecurity alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, security, data stewardship, and compliance teams to align with enterprise frameworks.
  • Optimize financial planning and resource allocation across software, infrastructure, and innovation portfolios.
  • Align global delivery capabilities with organizational needs, driving productivity through well-defined KPIs and structured intake processes.
