Sr. Director, Channel Sales - Remote - United States

About the Role:

The Senior Director, Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a high-growth, scalable channel partner strategy across North America. This person will build deep relationships within the software reseller network and create joint GTM plans that drive qualified pipeline and close high-value deals.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery to unlock new routes to market, build partner enablement programs, and position our AI-powered offerings as a top-tier value-add across channel ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and execute the overall channel sales strategy for VARs, system integrators, and solution providers
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners within the software and data solution reseller community
  • Develop and manage joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and quarterly revenue goals with strategic partners
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for top channel accounts, ensuring alignment on pipeline, delivery, and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner offerings with internal solutions, engineering teams, and market needs
  • Negotiate partner agreements, including incentives, margins, and co-sell structures
  • Track and report on channel pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasted revenue
  • Continuously assess the partner landscape to ensure we're tapping into high-growth, AI-forward opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect sales
  • Deep understanding of the VAR channel ecosystem, especially in low-code platforms, AI/ML-driven software, or data solutions
  • Experience driving revenue growth through partner-led sales motions in complex B2B environments
  • Strong relationships across key technology VARs and system integrators
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder with executive-level presence
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and scale partner programs from the ground up
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced tech-driven environment
