Position Overview

We have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing department to develop customer-facing, strategic campaigns that will generate excitement and revenue for the Kendra Scott brand. You'll be tasked with creating a competitive, cohesive, and on-brand strategy through cross-departmental collaboration to meet company objectives and take advantage of peak promotional periods. The Senior Director of Brand will work on multiple, large-scale product launches, campaigns and partnerships simultaneously while partnering with the VP of Brand Marketing as the main voice of the brand for communication and company buy in. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing on multi-channel integrated launch plans and long-term strategies that achieve business targets and drive brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Retail and Merchandising teams to develop and communicate successful brand messages and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in leading ideation tactics driving new big ideas, partnerships and collaborations
  • Effectively lead, mentor and develop Brand Marketing team
  • Set objectives, KPIs and reporting structure for each launch plan working cross-departmentally and with the executive team to align with long-term company goals
  • Communicate overarching marketing goals and initiatives cross functionally
  • Identify and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities.

Our ideal Candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and a proactive approach to staying up to date
  • 8-10 years of experience in a Brand Director role
  • The ability to effectively interface and collaborate with key decision makers
  • A passion for leading the delivery of dynamic, top-notch customer experiences
  • An understanding of the Kendra Scott Customer and the desire to learn more
  • An analytical and solutions-focused mentality
