We are looking for a Senior Digital Optimisation Consultant to join the Experimentation and Optimisation team. You will collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Teams to identify issues in the user journey affecting performance, create hypotheses and concepts to address friction points, and execute A/B and Multi-variant tests.
This is a highly analytical role that requires translating digital user behaviour KPIs into insights across the customer experience. You will embed best practices across Marketing and Data teams, collaborating on journey and page changes for copy and visual design, and contributing to proposition strategies, UX approaches, and digital solutions.
About The Role
- Collaborate with UK Marketing and Brand teams to improve campaign efficiency by enhancing digital funnel performance and supporting A/B testing plans.
- Identify weak points in digital experiences and support building tests within an A/B tool across website journeys/pages.
- Support analysis using web analytics, UX techniques, and CRO methods to improve conversion rates.
- Work with stakeholders (internal & external) such as Commercial Partners, UX, developers, media agencies, proposition, brand, and compliance to deliver production-ready A/B & MVT tests.
- Ensure correct tagging of online journeys and proper setup of event tracking & custom variables within GTM.
- Contribute to an archive of learnings for sharing within communities. Manage personalization, A/B & MVT campaign results, and forecast impacts.
- Maintain and monitor conversion dashboards and multichannel funnel tracking across products and channels.
- Develop hypotheses, testing methodologies, and success criteria for ongoing digital funnel optimization.
- Manage the A/B roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Digital Estate and GTC teams to implement learnings into design standards.
- Input into Proposition development and reviews.
About You
- Deep experience in digital conversion optimization across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience with testing tools like Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc., and understanding of CSS, HTML, and scripts.
- Knowledge of UX and user behaviour across desktop, mobile, tablet, and apps.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent experiments across various propositions and customer segments.
- Proficiency with digital insights tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- Knowledge of CMS systems and applying experiments on responsive websites.
- Technical understanding of analytics tracking tools like Google Tag Manager or Ensighten.
