Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (SEM, SEO, OTT & Meta)



LOCATION:


Malvern, PA Hybrid (3 days in-office)

ABOUT THE ROLE:


We're on the hunt for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist who thrives on data, lives in Google Ads, obsesses over Meta performance, and knows how to scale smart through SEO and OTT channels. You'll own the full-funnel strategy and execution across multiple clients, collaborating with our creative and account teams to turn media into measurable impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

Own the strategy, structure, and optimization of Google & Bing Ads accounts.



Implement audience segmentation, smart bidding, and advanced attribution models.



Monitor budgets, conversion goals, and CPL/ROAS metrics across multiple verticals.



Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Lead technical audits, keyword strategies, and content guidance.



Partner with creative and web teams to ensure SEO is integrated into site structure and content.



Meta & OTT Campaigns:

Develop and manage Facebook/Instagram ads for lead gen and retargeting.



Plan and execute OTT/CTV campaigns via platforms like YouTube, Amazon, and programmatic DSPs.



Use motion/video assets to drive upper-funnel performance and engagement.



Analytics & Reporting:

Set up and maintain GA4 tracking, tag management, and data visualization dashboards.



Provide monthly reporting and insights that tell the story-not just the stats.




YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU:


Have 4+ years of hands-on experience running digital campaigns with real budget oversight.



Understand how creative, targeting, and data work together to drive ROI.



Know the difference between vanity metrics and business KPIs-and fight for the latter.



Stay current on algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital trends.



Are detail-obsessed but also see the big picture.



Have worked in or with agencies managing multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.

Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager



SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog



SharpSpring / HubSpot / Looker Studio



Programmatic OTT Platforms (Amazon DSP, Simpli.fi, etc.)
