Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for growing Darktrace's digital media efforts. This role will also focus on improving website user experience for both paid media and organic users across Darktrace domains. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will work alongside a team of digital marketers and agency partners to generate demand through digital channels.

Location: New York City Hybrid role

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize core digital channels such as paid search, paid social and display advertising with a focus on improving lead conversion rates and decreasing cost-per-lead.
  2. Utilize web analytics platforms to identify user trends and recommend improved user experiences across Darktrace domains - both for paid media and organic users on site.
  3. Create and execute a continual A/B testing and/or multivariate testing framework to improve core web pages.
  4. Create and optimize landing pages within HubSpot.
  5. Prepare reports on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and other pipeline progression KPIs.
  6. Collaborate with the content teams and web development teams to improve the overall user-experience of our website.
  7. Assist with building ideal digital media plans.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  2. 5 years' experience working in a digital marketing role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of front-end web design and conversion optimization.
  4. Strong experience with Adobe Analytics.
  5. Experience with website heatmapping tools.
  6. Experience with Adobe Target to launch A/B and multivariate tests on the website.
  7. Experience working in digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
  8. Experience with Salesforce's reporting functionality.
  9. Experience working with Webflow or similar CMS.
  10. Ability to analyze trends in user experience and communicate recommended adjustments to the larger go-to-market team.
  11. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  12. Strong project management skills.
  13. Experience building landing pages in HubSpot is a plus.
  14. Experience working with external agency partners is a plus.
  15. Experience working with 6Sense or similar account intelligence tools is a plus.
