- Operate or assist with 3D printers, laser cutters, and other fabrication tools to bring designs into the real world.
- Refine printed parts through sanding, assembly, finishing, and painting when necessary.

- Work with the DigiFab Supervisor and Production Designers to ensure models adhere to performance, scale, and durability requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in CG modeling, industrial design, prop making, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Maya and ZBrush, with a strong portfolio of digital modeling work.
- Experience preparing 3D models for fabrication, including STL/OBJ exports, support structures, and print-ready formats.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, with excellent attention to detail and file management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with 3D printing software (e.g., Chitubox, PreForm, Cura) and various printer types (resin, FDM, etc.).
- Experience in laser cutting, CNC routing, or other rapid prototyping techniques.
- Hands-on finishing skills such as sanding, assembly, and painting of fabricated parts.
- Background in stop-motion, puppetry, or practical effects is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of physical materials like resins, silicones, thermoplastics, or foams is advantageous.
