Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Analyst to join our growing Advanced Analytics team in Royal Oak, MI. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data visualization, digital performance analysis, and leveraging business intelligence tools-especially Power BI-to drive smarter decision-making.

The Digital Analyst will work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives by producing data-driven insights related to website traffic, digital advertising, customer leads, inventory, and sales. Candidates should be comfortable working with complex datasets, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and communicating findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across a variety of channels.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to support internal teams and client-facing initiatives.
  • Analyze data sets related to website performance, customer leads, dealer sales, inventory, and digital ad spend.
  • Create pacing models and performance benchmarks that account for factors like seasonality, incentives, and campaign structure.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across digital advertising, field training, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI with the ability to build, customize, and maintain interactive dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions, and spend analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a curious, analytical mindset and collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience writing SQL queries.
  • Background in statistical modeling or data science concepts.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or multi-location retail environments is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000-$120,000 annual salary, based on experience
