Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics who will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights to enhance digital experiences and marketing effectiveness. This role requires expertise in Adobe Analytics, SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis to drive actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adobe Analytics: Create and customize reports, segments, and calculated metrics to track and analyze user behavior.
  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau (Power BI experience is a plus) to communicate insights effectively.
  • SQL & Data Extraction: Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and in-depth analysis.
  • Statistical Analysis & A/B Testing: Apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses, design A/B tests, and interpret test results for data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer Journey Analysis: Map digital and sales journeys, analyze user behavior, and identify friction points to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Perform segmentation analysis to tailor user experiences and enhance personalized marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with media teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Advanced Analytics Tools: Utilize Excel, Python, or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or data analysis.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics for reporting, segmentation, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and statistical significance.
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and digital experience analysis.
  • Ability to conduct segmentation analysis for marketing personalization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R for advanced analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings effectively.
