What You'll Do
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Define best practices, set technical direction, and mentor engineers to drive technical excellence.
  • Innovate and Implement: Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI and automation, to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Architect and Optimize: Design, implement, and refine cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
  • Risk Assessment and Planning: Evaluate architectural decisions, mitigate risks, and drive effective long-term technical strategies.
  • Lead Problem Resolution: Tackle complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

What We Require
  • Technical Leadership: Proven experience guiding teams, making strategic technical decisions, and mentoring engineers.
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in languages such as C , Java, Python, PowerShell, and YAML.
  • AI & Machine Learning: Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, and automation-driven chatbot technologies.
  • CI/CD & Automation: Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and SDLC tools.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, and orchestration tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to drive team success, align technical efforts with business goals, and inspire innovation.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$129,400.00 - $172,000.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
