Position Overview:
The Senior Developer, IT is focused on the development and enhancement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain platform. The Senior Developer, IT drives operational efficiency through the creation of custom solutions and integrations, directly impacting key business processes. The Senior Developer, IT collaborates closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical implementations. This role functions best for a proactive and adaptable individual who excels at managing multiple development tasks within a dynamic, high-performance environment, consistently delivering timely and quality results. Reporting to the Senior Director, IT Applications, this position plays a key role in the continuous improvement and optimization of Monogram Foods' enterprise systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with analysts and business partners to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, clarifying requirements as needed.
• Identify and propose appropriate technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain platform.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to improve and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain platform, including X development, Azure DevOps management, and support for application upgrades.
• Evaluate, enhance, document, and deploy improvements to the code development lifecycle process, procedures, and standards, aligning with best practices.
• Assist in reviewing application and technical exceptions/performance issues, analyzing information to aid in root cause identification.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development efforts.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and IT team members.
• Collaborate within the IT team to share information, resolve conflicts, make decisions, and mentor others.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Provide effort updates to support project management principles.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technological trends and toolsets, encouraging teams to learn and adopt innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have the following:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 6 years of development and analysis experience.
• 4+ years of X experience preferred.
• C and/or .Net development experience a plus.
• 4+ years of T-SQL and SSRS experience preferred.
• Experience developing in Visual Studio and Azure DevOps preferred.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft landscape tools (e.g., Power Apps) to automate and enhance ERP capabilities.
• Experience using ODATA and REST endpoints in D365 solutions a plus.
• 4+ years of collaboration experience to define business requirements.
• Experience working with applications and users remotely a plus.
• Experience documenting technical specifications preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years or older. Competencies and Skills :
• Effective communication, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of project planning concepts.
• Understanding of Microsoft LCS and cloud-hosted environments preferred. Physical Demands:
