results, caring and learning. What will you be doing? - Problem-solve: Analyze and recommend innovative solutions to technical and business problems ensuring effective customer service to resolve issues swiftly and accurately which meet business needs
- Support the business: Plan, administrate, and deliver infrastructure technology to the business
- Determine best practices: Assist in defining standards, procedures, and policies for hardware installation, administration, and support
- Collaborate with IS partners: Gather workstation software requirements for new/updated applications and configurations, packaging/testing vendor software, and workstation infrastructure change

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit. - Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems or related field preferred
- 5+ years' experience in the field or in related area or demonstrated ability
- Experience in Microsoft Intune
- Proven ability to problem-solve required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
