In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with our Visual Creative team, reporting directly to the Art Director. Your mission will be to enhance our brand and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate across all channels.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Art Director in conducting trend research and crafting strategic marketing campaign concepts that align with business goals.
- Create concept boards, detailed photo briefs, and execute designs across various platforms to visualize your ideas.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure an efficient division of tasks.
- Work closely with teams in Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing to deliver engaging creative solutions for a comprehensive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to enhance collaboration.

Qualifications: - 3-5 years of design experience in a creative setting.
- A BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A solid understanding of the retail and beauty/fashion industries, along with an awareness of current trends.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
The position is located at our office. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.57 to $47.30 an hour, based on various factors including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
