You are:
The Senior Designer leads and owns work with limited oversight and presents work to the client confidently. They have a strong understanding of a wide range of design techniques and styles, and present their work internally and with some clients. Senior Designers provide feedback and guidance to more junior team members.
The work:
- Be an aesthetic champion and guardian of the client's brand
- Formulate concepts with minimal oversight or design direction
- Work with interdisciplinary team members; and have a voice, contributing and expressing opinions
- Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly
- Develop multi-faceted design deliverables, from brand audits, to visual identities, retail environments to CRM
- Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of design experience (in B2B or B2C client work)
- 5+ years of design experience in the creative field across all media-including digital , social, film , longform content and print
- Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions, compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiences
Bonus points if you have :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree in design , visuals arts, advertising, digital media or related field
- Have a track record of diverse experiences and an understanding of current visual trends with a current aesthetic sensibility
- Comfortable presenting and defending work to internal teams and clients
- Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Collaborative and team oriented with proficiency working with members of all different departments, with a maturity that does not require anyone more senior to have to step in to intervene
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, including exacting attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and management
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc ), Figma.
- Excellent design taste and sensibility
- Experience in using GenAI as part of your workflow
- Demonstrated ability of working in a self-sufficient manner
- Understanding of design process, beyond just campaign work
- Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients
- Experience in scaled AOR engagements at a design level
- Portfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity ( OneShow , AD&D, Cannes, Webbys , Emmys, Andys, Effies , ADC)
- Expertise in strategic brainstorming, brand world development, brand refreshes, campaign development
- Motion graphics or illustration skills a plus
- Strong understanding of brand design systems principles
- Strong PowerPoint and client deck creation
- Participate d in new business initiatives
