Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior FPGA Design Verification Engineer to join a high-impact team focused on the development of secure, cost-sensitive technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams from architecture through production, developing advanced verification environments and methodologies that ensure the delivery of high-quality, mission-critical hardware systems.
This is a fully on-site position based in Dedham, MA, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement verification strategies for complex FPGA designs
- Develop test plans, simulation environments, and verification infrastructure using SystemVerilog/UVM
- Conduct detailed verification including code coverage, functional coverage, and assertion-based validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and trace system requirements
- Adapt to evolving project needs in a dynamic development environment
- Contribute to product release cycles with a focus on reliability, security, and performance
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with UVM/OVM methodologies
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Python, bash/csh
- Familiarity with VHDL or other hardware description languages
- Prior FPGA/ASIC design experience
- Exposure to Xilinx FPGA platforms and Questa Advanced Functional Verification tools
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
