Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior FPGA Design Verification Engineer to join a high-impact team focused on the development of secure, cost-sensitive technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams from architecture through production, developing advanced verification environments and methodologies that ensure the delivery of high-quality, mission-critical hardware systems.

This is a fully on-site position based in Dedham, MA, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement verification strategies for complex FPGA designs
  • Develop test plans, simulation environments, and verification infrastructure using SystemVerilog/UVM
  • Conduct detailed verification including code coverage, functional coverage, and assertion-based validation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and trace system requirements
  • Adapt to evolving project needs in a dynamic development environment
  • Contribute to product release cycles with a focus on reliability, security, and performance
  • Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Proficiency with UVM/OVM methodologies
    • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Python, bash/csh
    • Familiarity with VHDL or other hardware description languages
    • Prior FPGA/ASIC design experience
    • Exposure to Xilinx FPGA platforms and Questa Advanced Functional Verification tools
    • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
