We are actively seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love.
This role will be critical in driving our S&OP and demand planning process and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
As our Senior Demand Planner, you'll make an impact by: - Managing the Demand component of the SIOP processes to ensure alignment to strategic needs of the business - including engaging with stakeholders on agenda topics, owning material generation, and driving the process to meet or exceed desired outcomes.
- Leading the monitoring and assessment of market dynamics, including competitor activities, economic indicators, and customer behavior, and collaborate with cross functional teams to adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using predictive analytics techniques.
- Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify patterns and insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather input and validate forecasts.
- Establishing outstanding connections and relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external - to drive business performance.
- Monitoring and assessing market dynamics, including competitor activities, economic indicators, and customer behavior, to adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Leading demand review meetings with sales/marketing team for the responsible portions of the SIOP process.
What you need to succeed: - Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
- Excellent proficiency in predictive analytics and statistical modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated competency in demand planning software ERP, statistical forecasting tools and analysis/data visualization tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Logility, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
