Senior Database Developer with Security Clearance

Requirement: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: 15 years or more of federal onsite experience supporting and understanding agency policies and workflows. Technical Skills: o Demonstrated expertise with database management systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. o Extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes. o Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Integration, including familiarity with tools like ERwin or similar data modeling software. o Experience with Data Governance frameworks and practices to ensure data quality and compliance. Preferred Qualifications: o Experience developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application development. o Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). o Strong knowledge of federal security standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP) as applicable to database design and implementation. Place of Performance The primary place of performance shall be at OHSS's Government Facility: 2703 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Washington, DC 20593 or via Telework if work permits and is approved by the COR. Hours of Operation Contractor employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except federal holidays). However, there may be occasions when Contractor employees shall be required to work other than regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to fulfill requirements under this SOW.
