Role Overview:
A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to manage and optimize cloud-based database environments. This role focuses on database performance, fault resolution, and platform development, ensuring seamless operations and scalability in a high-demand environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance database architecture and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve database faults quickly, ensuring high availability and performance
• Continuously optimize database performance and fine-tune system configurations
• Work closely with business teams to align database architecture with operational needs
• Provide technical support and training for development teams
• Lead database platform construction and contribute to database operation and maintenance tools
• Stay up to date with emerging database technologies to enhance business processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Doris) and relevant operational experience
• Strong Linux administration skills, including service deployment and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Shell, Python, Java) for database automation
• Understanding of distributed systems, election mechanisms, and data replication is a plus
• Experience with open-source middleware in large-scale environments is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
