Senior Data Solution Architect with Security Clearance

Job Description: Senior Data Solution Architect supporting engineering and Information Technology (IT) contractor services for Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock. Provide support for engineering, IT, and technical support for data analysis, software development and modifications, control system development, IT and Information assurance (IA). The work performed will be in support of various projects related to surface ships, submarines, boats and combatant craft, air vehicles, other vehicles going through air and/or water, associated trainers and simulators from any of the above, and IT infrastructure. Required Skills and Experiences: DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Twenty (20) years of experience in Cyber and IT strategy and planning. The twenty (20) years of experience shall include experience in all of the following:

• Architecting, developing, deploying and leading large scale data migrations involving time series data streams with multiple data channels such as those collected from full-scale trials, model scale tests, and digital simulations.
• Developing data storage solutions for large data repositories that ensure integrity, redundancy and availability while maintaining the original raw data

• Deploying reporting engines on top of databases and database architectures such as Oracle,
TimeScaleDB and PostgreSQL

• Using tools to analyze platform time series data such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in maritime applications

• Building and supporting cloud based solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud and VMWare Degree Requirements: REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software or IT discipline, Engineering, or Mathematics. DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Possess and maintain all qualifications for certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Must be a U.S. citizen with a Dod Secret Security Clearance
