What You'll Be Doing: - Lead the design and implementation of advanced ML models for lead scoring, churn prediction, pricing, and personalized experiences.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
- Manage comprehensive data science projects from data retrieval and feature engineering to model deployment, evaluation, and maintenance.
- Enhance data infrastructure and analytics frameworks by partnering with data engineers and analysts.
- Effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Seek: - 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning within rapidly growing organizations.
- MS/PhD in a quantitative or STEM discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge in machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and feature engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, numpy, pandas) and SQL.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and Streamlit is advantageous.
- A penchant for developing simple, effective solutions prior to introducing complexity.
