The Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions through predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and machine learning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, optimize betting strategies, and enhance risk management models. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to lead projects and work with state-of-the-art tools in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy predictive models to refine betting strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive business performance.
  • Utilize machine learning techniques to enhance risk management and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient, scalable data pipelines.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to optimize key business metrics.
  • Partner with teams across marketing, product, and operations to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, promoting best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, ideally in business or betting-related domains.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and analytical methods.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into business recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
