About the Role
We're hiring a Marketplace Data Manager to build and manage the systems that power our digital product catalog. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring accurate product data across channels, maintaining smooth integrations between internal tools, and delivering insights that unlock performance and efficiency. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role for someone who loves solving complex backend challenges and creating scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize product data: titles, descriptions, specs, pricing, and inventory
- Create and enforce product data standards, taxonomy, and version control across platforms
- Manage syncs between ERP, inventory tools, and product content systems
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and build automated workflows where possible
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor product and sales performance
- Work cross-functionally with ops, content, and leadership to support launches and channel growth
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, product ops, or digital catalog management
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/PIM systems
- Understand the importance of clean data, structured workflows, and cross-system alignment
- Are equally comfortable thinking in systems and executing the details
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and love building processes that scale
Preferred But Not Required:
- SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Salesforce, Salsify
- Background in DTC or consumer goods
- Experience working on digital teams with cross-functional ownership
