SUMMARY The Senior Data Implementation Analyst leads the technical aspects of delivering complex project assignments related to Baker Hill software/solutions. This role involves overseeing larger-scale implementations, managing multiple projects, and serving as a key technical contact for clients. The Senior Data Implementation Analyst is responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on the solutions provided, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving continuous improvement in implementation processes.
Essential Functions/Job Duties - Leadership and Oversight: Lead and manage the technical aspects of Baker Hill business solution implementations. Oversee larger-scale projects and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
- Solution Implementation: Drive the implementation of configurable solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the defined scope of work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts across various resources.
- Client Communication and Training: Clearly communicate the implementation process to client team members. Set and manage expectations throughout the engagement. Provide advanced solution training, including on-site or webinar sessions, and oversee User Acceptance Testing and best practices.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Advise and resolve complex technical issues associated with implementing Baker Hill solutions. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support.
- Project Status and Reporting: Provide timely and comprehensive project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Documentation and Process Management: Create, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and support materials. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and reflects current project statuses.
- Post-Implementation Support: Lead post-implementation support efforts, addressing and resolving client issues with the Client Services Technical Support Team. Ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction post-rollout.
- Client Advocacy and Improvement: Act as a client advocate, contributing to the development of new and improved solution workflows, technical specifications, and practical applications. Ensure solutions meet client business requirements.
- Corporate Readiness: Participate in and contribute to corporate readiness activities for new solution releases. Anticipate the impact of new changes on current and future implementations and adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills/Qualifications Required: - 5+ years experience in data implementation or a related technical role, including experience as a Business Analyst, Systems/Data Analyst, or Software Developer
- 3+ years experience with software implementation in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Advanced Database Skills: Expertise in writing, testing, and implementing complex Microsoft SQL queries and managing other database technologies.
- Client Engagement: Proven experience working directly with clients, including managing complex interactions and delivering high-quality support.
- Implementation Expertise: Extensive experience with software implementation processes and best practices.
- ETL and Programming Knowledge: Advanced experience with ETL tools, C , and Windows Services. Proficiency in working with REST-based APIs, JSON, and XML formats.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
- Banking Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the banking industry and experience with banking software (e.g., loan origination, CRM systems).
- Organizational and Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-priority projects.
Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required. Advanced certifications or relevant coursework are a plus.
