This is a hands-on leadership role where youll take a startup engineering culture and transform it into a structured, scalable, and process-driven organization. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with a background in C .NET, experience in agile sprints, and a deep understanding of scaling engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Team Scaling Build, scale, and structure the engineering team from individual contributors to a high-performing, well-structured organization. Create clear processes, structure, and best practices for engineering execution. Implement sprint-based development methodologies and ensure smooth workflow. Technical Strategy & Execution Oversee system architecture, scalability, and software development best practices. Ensure technical decisions align with business objectives and long-term growth. Optimize and balance speed, efficiency, and tech debt to drive sustainable development. Evaluate and build new features and improvements with a strategic mindset. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with VP of Product, developers, and leadership to align engineering with business goals. Be an effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster a positive, collaborative engineering culture while driving accountability and results. Must-Have Experience Proven experience as a VP of Engineering or similar leadership role. Successfully scaled engineering teams from startup to structured processes. Experience with C .NET. Strong understanding of agile development, sprints, and process management. Hands-on development backgroundmust have been a developer before moving into leadership. Experience managing engineering teams in fast-growth, high-impact environments. Strong operational mindsetability to structure teams, processes, and execution strategies.
