What You'll Do: - Work alongside Agile teams to architect, develop, test, implement, and maintain technical solutions using a variety of full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with a talented team of developers experienced in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and implement Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including cloud data warehousing solutions like Redshift and Snowflake.
- Stay proactive with tech trends and explore new technologies, engaging in both internal and external tech communities while mentoring fellow engineers.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial success.
- Conduct thorough unit tests and code reviews with your peers, ensuring your code is well-designed, efficiently written, and optimized for performance.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in application development (Internship experience does not apply).
- At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - 7+ years of application development experience including skills in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
- 4+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- 4+ years in distributed data/computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL).
- 4+ years of experience with real-time data and streaming applications.
- 4+ years of NoSQL implementation experience (Mongo, Cassandra).
- 4+ years of data warehousing experience (Redshift or Snowflake).
- 4+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux, including basic commands and shell scripting.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices.

Salary ranges vary by location:
- Chicago, IL: $175,800 - $200,700
- McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700
- New York, NY: $211,000 - $240,800
- Plano, TX: $175,800 - $200,700
- Richmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700
