At Wycliffe Bible Translators, your work is more than just a job. As a senior data coordinator, you will serve as the main point person for coordinating data for the Philanthropy Advisory Team and Wycliffe Foundation. Key priorities include data integrity (data entry and maintenance), data operations (reports, dashboards, analytics, research), process development and documentation and training. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in prioritizing efficiency and accuracy in data management, process compliance, training, reporting and analysis which ultimately helps constituents connect in a meaningful way with Bible translation.
You'll partner with Advancement leadership and other team members to:
• Strengthen cross-departmental relationships to focus on the mission, vision and core values of Wycliffe Bible Translators.
• Support donor relationship engagement efforts of interested individuals in the work of Bible translation.
• Innovate technology use, enhance business processes, and optimize system performance. Responsibilities
You'll make an impact as you:
• Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people from around the world to experience transformation.
• Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
• Work alongside the director and other team members to:
• Support the data entry processes for the advancement team, including data process development, documentation and training.
• Create and provide reports, business processes, and dashboards pertaining to Advancement.
• Attend the monthly Salesforce Super Users meeting on behalf of Advancement, and participate in order to collaborate with Advancement data team process management.
• Coordinate with the other members of the Advancement Data team to monitor the data request inbox, taking action as needed for such items as adding new contacts and accounts, address changes, email updates, name changes, research requests, direct mail setting changes, data loader updates, etc.
• Serve as the main point of contact for general data requests for the Philanthropy Advisory Team, including reports, dashboards, opportunity warnings, campaigns, mailing lists, managing case assignment, and general data updates.
• Oversee data integrity for Advancement, including ongoing review of processed gifts to catch and correct any errors.
• Work with other members of the Advancement Data Team and technical support teams to leverage Salesforce technology to make Advancement data processes efficient, accurate, consistent, and end-user friendly. Practically, this includes documentation, process discovery and development, testing, working with the technical team to implement, and training.
• Provide Salesforce training for Wycliffe's Philanthropy Teams and support staff.
• Participate in team meetings and other Advancement Department meetings as needed, especially with a focus on data/CRM process development, improvement and/or implementation.
• Maintain technical knowledge and knowledge of current data management trends by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in technical societies. Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, leveraging updates applicable to organizational and departmental needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Research and Data Operations.
• Other Requirements: Must have a strong reliable internet and phone connection. Some travel in the US may be expected for this position. Minimum Skill Sets

• Technical Skills:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud from a Business User perspective (report writing, front-end-user interaction and process development, etc.).
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technological problems. Uses technology to increase productivity and keeps technical skills up to date. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of related experience in data management and reporting; or an equivalent combination of knowledge, experience, and/or training.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration or Salesforce Administration Certification is a plus.
• Nonprofit ministry experience is preferred. Spiritual and Personal Commitments:
