A global infrastructure leader is seeking a Senior Project Manager Hyperscale Construction to take charge of large-scale data center builds across key North American markets. This is a rare opportunity to drive some of the most advanced construction programs while working with the industry's best general contractors, engineers, and consultants.


We require essential experience of Mission critical Hyperscale Data Center project management to be considered.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead ground-up hyperscale data center construction projects from design through commissioning
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, and quality assurance
  • Manage large, complex MEP scopes and ensure integration with structural, architectural, and IT infrastructure
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general contractors, trade partners, and internal development and engineering teams
  • Drive performance through on-site leadership, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, contractual obligations, and milestone delivery
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and proactive environment across all project stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of technical excellence

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in data centers or mission-critical environments
  • Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems and their role in high-performance building design
  • Proven success leading projects with top-tier general contractors and subcontractors
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project controls experience
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced, global organizations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about quality, safety, innovation, and long-term impact
