You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize data architectures that enable data-driven decision-making and business innovation KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:u2022 Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable and efficient data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and operational use cases.u2022 Solutioning Data Products: Develop and optimize data products, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical best practices.u2022 Data Integration & Interoperability: Design data integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange across systems, applications, and platforms.u2022 Medallion Architecture Execution: Implement medallion architecture principles using Databricks to support structured data processing and refinement.u2022 Self-Service Analytics Enablement: Support self-service analytics initiatives using platforms like AtScale and Dataiku, ensuring data accessibility and governance.u2022 Data Governance & Quality: Contribute to data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.u2022 Cloud & Big Data Technologies: Utilize Databricks, DBT, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to drive efficient data workflows.u2022 Collaboration with Business & IT Teams: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data architecture meets evolving business needs.u2022 Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security and compliance requirements across all data solutions.u2022 Emerging Technology & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and assess new technologies for potential impact on data architecture. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 8+ yearsYEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NACERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NA SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:u2022 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.u2022 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management.u2022 Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data models and data products.u2022 Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and cloud data technologies.u2022 Proficiency in Databricks, DBT, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.u2022 Experience supporting self-service analytics platforms like At Scale and Dataiku.u2022 Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.u2022 Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, Azure Data Architect) are a plus.
