We're looking for a Senior Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst to join our Risk Management team and help transform how we monitor, report, and mitigate risk across the organization.
What You'll Do:- Design and implement data-driven solutions to support risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards and data visualizations to provide clear insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis and testing to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk exposures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credit Review, BSA/AML, Consumer Compliance, and Operational Risk to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Support data quality assurance and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of risk data.
- Partner with technology teams and vendors to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot data/reporting issues.
- Serve as a backup to peers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:- Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, and automation within a risk, compliance, or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with data testing methodologies and ETL processes.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and risk leaders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of data analytics, reporting, data modeling and business systems work experience analyzing and administering departmental or business unit specific software, systems, or reporting platforms OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated professional growth and achievement in a financial services or similar organization comparable in size. Experience managing mid-level to complex projects. Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: - Advanced statistical analysis and modeling experience
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills with keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge of computer program design/applications, work-flow analysis and system program logic
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, rapidly changing, environment with competing demands
- Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, and completely as well as communicate them clearly
- Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products and report writing tools such as Power BI
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
