Job description
About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data team. This person will report to our Director of Data & Analytics and embed with multiple business teams (such as Product, Growth, Marketing, Advisor Experience, Finance, or Operations). As an early Data hire at a time of rapid company growth, you will play a key role in shaping what our processes will look like for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders by identifying opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility deep dives & analyses that drive business decisions and process or product improvements.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, decision tools, and analytics infrastructure (using Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, and Omni) to empower self-serve analytics.
  • Drive clarity in measurement and metrics definitions, helping teams understand what is happening in the business and what they can do to improve it.
  • Manage experimentation programs (A/B Tests, Geo-Lift, etc.) to measure the incremental impact of business decisions, campaigns, or product features to inform future iterations.
  • Promote a culture of data excellence through mentorship, documentation, and training.
  • Influence others through storytelling and by building strong collaborative relationships.
  • Contribute to team strategy, project prioritization, and the continuous evolution of analytics best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Expert in SQL. Proficiency in Python or R, a plus.
  • Comfortable with visualization tools (e.g. Omni, Sigma, Looker).
  • Foundational statistics knowledge.
  • Bias for action - someone who is comfortable moving fast.
  • Deeply curious.
  • Tenacious. Will continue to search for solutions even when encountering roadblocks.
  • Pragmatic. Looking for real world business impact, not a science project.
  • Excellent data storyteller capable of influencing cross-functional partners and leaders.
  • A collaborative and empathetic mindset with experience supporting and leveling up your peers.
