We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Performance & Improvement team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a Hybrid role based in the Matchworks.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours.
Join our vibrant, inclusive community in the Business MI team as a Senior Data Analyst, leading and overseeing daily operations, providing tools to support decision-making and business strategies.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring performance targets are met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Senior Data Analyst will be a key contact between management and team members, driving team performance while maintaining quality and efficiency.
What you will do:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed and prioritized
- Manage and improve data processes, including designing and implementing processes and identifying improvements
- Mentor and train junior analysts, inspiring, motivating, and evaluating performance
- Manage advanced projects, work towards deadlines, and provide expertise when required
- Ensure data integrity and oversee data governance, ensuring practices are followed
What you will bring:
- Experience as a Data Analyst, with a senior role preferred
- Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL and advanced Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with the Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Mentoring skills and experience
