Senior Cyber Security Engineer with Security Clearance

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for the operations and maintenance of deployed Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions
Engineers and deploys capabilities to provide new functionality, improve system performance/availability, and for generating efficiencies in the maintenance of the operational environment
Provides Tier 2/3 maintenance support for deployed Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) interface technologies
Supports Assessment and Authorization activities related to CDS technologies
Identifies potential conflicts with implementation of CDS technologies within the enterprise and develops recommendations to remediate these conflicts
Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects
Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical problems
Develop plans to safeguard computer files against unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of cyber experience
Experience with Linux operating systems
Knowledge of general operating system security practices, TCP/IP networking, and network security concepts
IAT Level II certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire Demonstrated technical experience: Knowledge of CDS technologies on the NCDSMO approved products list
Knowledge with cybersecurity architectural principles such as defense in depth, resilience, and integrated security operations
Knowledge of database and operating system security
Knowledge of defensive cyber operations
Ability to apply security principles to the systems and enterprise system designs Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
