Senior Cyber Security Architect and become a key player in supporting our federal civil customers. In this vital role, you will tackle complex challenges by leveraging advanced technologies and transformative processes. As a Cyber Architect, you will spearhead the program's Cyber initiatives, including the design and implementation of cutting-edge cyber tools/solutions, evaluation of alternative approaches, system upgrades, and coordination of projects. This position demands a robust understanding of enterprise cybersecurity capabilities and a wide range of cybersecurity tools.

ONSITE in Fairmont, WV or Boulder, CO.
Clearance Requirement: Active DoD/Top Secret Clearance (Interim Top Secret acceptable) or TS/SCI.
Primary Responsibilities - Research and analyze new trends, products, and services in hardware, system software, and network technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, and system administrators to ensure program goals are achieved.
- Provide leadership and direction to engineering team leads and contributors, promoting innovation and excellence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all Cyber Security projects, contributing critical insights to drive success.
- Work with internal and external partners to accurately document and track current and future service level requirements.
- Develop and maintain security architecture documents laying out operational, system, and technical perspectives of security solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of the security architecture, documenting recommendations to bridge gaps in data protection.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures and various decision analysis documentation as requested.
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades, ensuring implementation with minimal disruption to IT operations.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards tracking metrics and key performance indicators.
Basic Qualifications & Skills - Master's degree with 15+ years of experience in IT and/or cyber security; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in managing security architecture and tools implementations.
- 5+ years as a project manager with a proven track record.
- 5+ years of experience in IT modernization initiatives.
- Deep understanding of leading cybersecurity tools to ensure consistent deployment and execution aligned with business requirements.
- Experience leading complex security infrastructure projects resulting in standardized, repeatable service delivery processes.
- Experience communicating effectively with senior-level stakeholders and collaborating on task planning and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engagement with customers, experts, and engineering teams.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
Additional Skills & Certifications - Experience in Cyber Security Operations.
- Active CISSP certification is preferred.

Pay Range: $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
