Contractor will have working knowledge of implementing all four phases of the DoD's Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States (CJCSM 3500 series). The work involves supporting the development and execution of intricate and complex CWMD focused exercises in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements. The position develops, plans and scripts CWMD joint training events aligned with DoD and USG-wide Tier-I exercises to ensure proficiency of collective staff mission execution. Identifies strengths and weakness, review issues, lessons learned and recommends and implements refinements to the training and exercise audience. Must be able to write information papers and brief GO/FO/SES-level leadership and be familiar with CWMD/CBRN policy and doctrine at the strategic and operational levels of war. This contractor must: Be knowledgeable of the threat actor WMD capabilities and doctrine. Coordinate with intelligence partners to maintain awareness and understanding of current WMD capabilities. Provide scenario design and scripting support focused on threat actor employment of WMD based on intelligence assessments. Provide technical, logistical, operational, training and associated ancillary support required to develop and execute global CWMD exercises. Participate in conferences, working groups and other venues. Provide current realistic CWMD threat exercise scenario development and scripting expertise for DTRA supported JTP exercises throughout the Joint Exercise Lifecycle. Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 6-7 years of practical experience with the DOD Joint Training System (CJCSM 3500 series), the Chairman's Exercise Program, Combatant Commanders Exercises, or National Exercise Programs is required. Incumbent must have three (3) years of CWMD experience. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Military exercise planning experience required.
