The Role This is not your typical SaaS CSM role. We're looking for a senior-level Customer Success Manager who understands the challenges of managing modern infrastructure - especially at the intersection of cloud cost governance and AI/ML workloads.
As a Sr. CSM at Mavvrik, you'll work with some of our most strategic customers. You'll help them drive clarity, control, and confidence around infrastructure spend - including managing LLM lifecycle costs, GPU resource governance, and hybrid cloud efficiency. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to shape how Mavvrik scales customer success as we grow.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who brings deep FinOps or infrastructure experience, thrives on customer engagement, and has a strategic, leadership-minded outlook.
What You'll Do - Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value delivery, expansion, and renewal.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
- Guide customers on managing costs across hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI workloads (LLMs, GPU clusters, model inference pipelines).
- Lead customer business reviews focused on financial outcomes, operational maturity, and forward-looking strategy.
- Help customers establish accountability between FinOps and AI/LLM teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to represent customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- Contribute to the development of Customer Success practices and playbooks and provide mentorship to peers as we grow the team.
What We're Looking For Applicants without experience supporting cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or AI/LLM technologies will not be considered. - 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Success Leadership, Technical Account Management, or post-sales roles in SaaS, AI, cloud infrastructure, or FinOps.
- Experience working with customers managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ideally on-prem or hybrid environments.
- Understanding of FinOps principles, cloud cost governance, and budgeting/chargeback practices.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and cost models, including an understanding of how training, inference, and GPU infrastructure decisions impact financial planning and cloud spend.
- Experience mentoring team members or contributing to the development of customer success practices is a strong plus.
- Executive presence and the ability to engage engineering, finance, and business leaders in strategic conversations.
- Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex technical and financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bonus: Certifications achieved from the FinOps Foundation, public cloud or AI/LLM providers.
