10 Senior Customer Service Specialists to support a new project at a well-respected organization based in MO. This is a full-time,
onsite opportunity ideal for professionals who excel in client support, administrative coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities - Support Financial Advisors and their teams by executing service plans, maintaining digital marketing materials, and coordinating client events.
- Handle a variety of tasks including record maintenance, customer inquiries, and administrative support with attention to detail.
- Provide phone and written support to clients, internal teams, and field associates, offering thorough and accurate solutions.
- Take initiative to participate in ongoing training to stay current on tools, procedures, and business strategies.
- Leverage knowledge of company policies and systems to resolve service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver high-quality service with empathy, patience, and composure in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborate within your team to meet service level expectations and foster a client-first culture.
- Manage scheduling, expense reporting, and travel coordination to streamline advisor operations
Qualifications - Comfortable with inbound customer interactions and resolving inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in the financial services industry required
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Familiarity with internal service center tools and systems
- Previous customer service experience required
