Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-Time, on-site

Role: Contract to hire

Role Overview: We're looking for someone with recent experience in a call center or customer service environment, skilled in managing customer interactions via phone andemail. Your role will involve assisting our sales team by addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed product information. Proficiency in data entry, excellent grammar, and multitasking abilities are crucial. Our company, specializing in hardware and retail products, offers a vibrant and fast-paced work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email.
  • Provide excellent customer service with professional grammar and communication skills.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Work on a computer to enter data, manage emails, and perform other related tasks.
Experience and Skills:
  • Recent experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in handling customer interactions over the phone and through emails.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Professional grammar and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on a computer entering data, managing emails, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hardware and retail products is a plus.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
